What is Infryn?
Infryn brings private AI infrastructure and a shared credit economy into one platform. The vision covers earning and trading credits, model access, developer tools, agent controls and private workspaces. The product guide separates implemented capabilities from the roadmap.
What can I do with AI credits?
Hold credits in your wallet, transfer them, list them for USDG or activate them. One credit adds $1 of API balance after final settlement. Activated balance cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. Wallet-held credits and the USDG order book are available on Robinhood Chain. Buy and hold, buy and activate, transfer, list, cancel unfilled orders and claim sale proceeds. Orders depend on available liquidity.
Do I need to stake to use Infryn?
No. USDG-funded API balance is independent of staking or holding the native token. Staking is a separate route to funded credit rewards, with no fixed yield.
Can I use my existing tools?
Infryn is built around an API workflow for applications, coding tools and agents. Scoped access keys, expiry, revocation and model discovery are implemented. Scoped MCP account tools and unsigned wallet preparation are available; transaction execution depends on deployed contracts. Text request access is enabled for eligible models, with streaming, function calls and JSON output where supported. Requests require service capacity, funded API balance and compatible workspace and key privacy settings. Final streamed usage supports automatic settlement recovery after a connection or billing interruption. This website is not a chat interface.
What does private mean on Infryn?
You choose the minimum protection your work requires. Anonymized access shields account identity from the model provider but does not guarantee content retention limits. Protected access requires private routes with limits on data use and retention. Both process readable requests. TEE and end-to-end encryption form the Confidential roadmap. Public wallet activity remains public. Requests requiring unavailable protection are refused.
What do TEE and E2EE mean?
TEE means Trusted Execution Environment: hardware-isolated model execution. E2EE means end-to-end encryption: supported clients encrypt prompts before sending them to protected compute. The catalogue identifies eligible models. Infryn’s verified Confidential execution and encrypted-client integration are not active yet; model capability labels do not activate them.
What can agents automate?
Agent access starts with keys, permissions and spending caps. Account tools check balances, models, requests, credit activity and staking. A separate wallet-preparation permission produces unsigned transactions; signing and broadcasting remain with the wallet. Bounded credit replenishment remains on the roadmap. Optional reward listing policies use your chosen price and require onchain execution after staking deployment. Permission to run inference does not authorize trading or changing privacy settings.
Can I work with a team?
Wallet invitations, Viewer and Developer roles, and limited team keys are available in Projects. Invite a wallet as a Viewer or Developer. The owner funds the project and controls its spending limit. Developers issue their own scoped keys, while personal files and account settings remain separate. You can revoke access at any time; requests already running can finish.
Can I build semantic search?
Nine private and anonymized embedding models are enabled for search, similarity and retrieval applications. Charges use returned input-token counts and the request’s model price. An embedding converts text into a numeric vector for similarity search. Your application stores and searches its own vectors. This API is separate from the on-device text search in Private files; no stored files are submitted automatically.
Can I generate images and audio?
Image generation, stock-voice speech and WAV transcription are available on enabled models. Prices use images, text characters or audio duration, with the same privacy and spending controls. The Models catalogue marks enabled integrations and displays final prices, supported voices and speech output formats. Image prompts, speech text and uploaded audio use the selected model’s privacy boundary. Video, music and editing remain on the roadmap.
Can I search private files?
Yes. Unlock Private files to search a literal phrase across your stored text files. Results show matching excerpts and line references. Search, decryption and matching happen on your device; search phrases and readable files are not sent to the service or AI models. TXT, Markdown, CSV, TSV, JSON, JSONL and log files are supported. Other formats, including PDFs and images, are skipped. Locking storage clears the search view.
What is available today?
The website and product guide are public. Wallet workspaces, access keys, session controls, shared project budgets, encrypted private files, referral tracking, the community leaderboard and activity exports are available in the app. Wallet invitations, Viewer and Developer roles, and limited team keys are available in Projects. Text request access is enabled for eligible models, with streaming, function calls and JSON output where supported. Requests require service capacity, funded API balance and compatible workspace and key privacy settings. Final streamed usage supports automatic settlement recovery after a connection or billing interruption. Orders depend on available liquidity. The INFRYN token is live. Staking will require at least $100 of INFRYN and pause new rewards below that value. Launch awaits an independent price feed, eligibility verification and funded reward periods.
